Anita, the owner/broker of West Main Realty and Auction, has called Wilson County home for more than 30 years. A native of Madison, she has seen Lebanon, Mount Juliet and other communities virtually explode in recent years.

Anita earned her real estate license in 1997 after more than two decades running a very successful repossession and investigation business. She has quickly become one of Wilson County's top producers, gradually increasing her sales volume and earning Gold, Platinum and the coveted Diamond awards from EMTAR. Putting in 100-hour weeks is normal for Anita. She leads by example and gives her clients every moment she has available.

Early on, she recognized with the growth of her business that it would be important to have a good team. That allows her to focus on sales, and provide service to her customers. Tonya Denny, Wendell Edwards and her daughter Lesli Hammontree are all three licensed agents that are available to answer any questions immediately.

When not selling or listing houses, Anita loves to spend time with her husband, John, Lesli, her son-in-law, Trent, and her two grandchildren, Talor and Jake.
