Fred Vanhook is the Managing Broker at West Main Realty and Auction. He is a lifelong resident of Wilson County, TN. He was educated in Lebanon schools and attended Cumberland University. He has three children and four grandchildren. His background in business ranges from ownership in a farm equipment company and a printing company to other sales-oriented occupations. Fred has a good understanding of the area and its people, and has witnessed a tremendous growth in the community over recent years.

With his many years in the real estate industry, he is known for his integrity and honesty in working with buyers or sellers.

Fred is a past president of the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and is currently a director on the board. He is president of the Lebanon Gideon Camp, and president of the board of Youth Emergency Services of Middle Tennessee. He is also a gospel singer, songwriter and revival song leader and has been the music director in three different chuches.
