Lesli C. Hammontree, Office Manager of West Main Realty and Auction, LLC and buyer’s agent for Anita Tate.  Lesli’s main focus is two fold – running the day to day office operations and assisting Anita in finding the best home or property available for her buyers.

Lesli lived in Lebanon until she moved to East Tennessee to attend the University of Tennessee.  After moving back to Lebanon in 2000, Lesli and her husband, Trent, built a home and started a family.  They have a daughter, Talor, and son, Jake.

Seeing firsthand how busy her mother was in real estate, Lesli decided to get her license to help Anita part time.  She received her real estate license in 2003.  She soon realized that real estate is more than just a part time job, and her part time job became full time.  Lesli enjoys working day to day with her mother and how well they work together.  Lesli says, “It’s a blessing to have a close relationship with your boss.  She understands when I have something important to do with my children.  I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful working environment.”
