Fred VanHook

Fred, a lifelong resident of Wilson County was educated in the public schools and attended Cumberland University. He and his wife have three children, four grandchildren and two great - grandchildren. His background in business ranges from ownership in a farm equipment company, founder and former owner of Creative Graphics, the printing place. He has 32+years in the real estate industry. Fred has a good understanding of the area and its people and works with buyers and sellers. 

Fred is a past president of the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and served as a director for many years. He is a past president of the Lebanon Gideons and past president of the board of the Youth Emergency Services of Middle Tennessee. He is a gospel singer, songwriter, former church music director, founder and promoter of Wilson County's Gospel Music Fest for the past 45 years. He is a veteran and supports the veteran causes in the area.
